The Italian Bread that we make has a thin, "soft" crust and a light, fluffy, slightly-sweet crumb. It is made with Bob's Red Mill Organic Unbleached, All-Purpose flour and Camas Country Mill Organic T200 Edison™ flour. We add a touch of Bob's Red Mill pure, unbleached Cane Sugar, a little shortening and Bob's Red Mill Sea Salt.

And of course yeast. A winning combination.

It is available in our standard styles (Bâtard, Sandwich Loaf, Boules (Rolls), and a new "Hoagie" bun. Please let us know how many we can bake for you.

Our Italian breads are a great accompaniment to your favorite Italian dishes. Also, the Italian Boules make great hamburger buns, and of course our Italian "Hoagies" will definately elevate your Submarine, Po' Boys, and Bahn Mi Sandwiches.
